To save a background image for your own use, right-click (PC) or click-and-hold (Mac) on the sinlge time image and choose from the options that appear something like "save image/link to disk" or "save image/link target/as ... " From some computers and browsers, you can simply click-and-hold the tile and drag it onto your desktop.
